Service Cancellation
Skeletonsrbonesu provides interior styling and décor consulting services. As services are customized and often begin immediately upon agreement, cancellation policies vary depending on the specific service agreement entered into.
Generally, service cancellations must be requested in writing. Cancellation fees may apply based on the stage of the project and work already completed. Please refer to your specific service agreement for detailed cancellation terms.
Consultation Services
For consultation services that have not yet commenced, you may cancel within 48 hours of booking for a full refund. Once a consultation has been conducted, refunds are not available as the service has been delivered.
Design Services
For design and styling services, cancellation terms are outlined in your service agreement. Typically:
- Cancellation before work begins: Full refund minus any administrative fees
- Cancellation after work has commenced: Refund of unused portion, minus work completed and applicable fees
- Completed services: No refund available as services have been fully delivered
Product Returns
If Skeletonsrbonesu has sourced or provided products as part of a styling service, return policies for those products will be governed by the original supplier or retailer's return policy. We will provide you with relevant return information at the time of purchase.
Custom or made-to-order items are generally non-returnable unless defective or not as specified. All returns must be in original condition with original packaging.
Refund Processing
If you are eligible for a refund, we will process it within 14 business days of receiving your cancellation request and any required documentation. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used.

Force Majeure
Skeletonsrbonesu shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these terms which is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or other force majeure events.
